Massage/ Tuina/ Thai Bodywork
Almost everyone loves to receive a massage. We offer Tui Na, Thai Massage and traditional Therapeutic Massage. Massage can be a full one hour or as needed during an acupuncture session.
Cupping/Guasha
Cupping is an ancient healing modality found in many different cultures. It is known to help relieve sore, tense muscles, improve blood circulation, boost immunity, and remove toxins. Cupping involves using heat inside of a glass cup which creates a suction effect when the cup is then quickly placed on the skin.
Gua Sha is another technique used to promote qi and blood circulation, helping unblock stagnation of energy in the body. We have learned that where there is stagnation there will be pain. Gua Sha is performed by using a sooth edged tool to gently scrape the skin on specific ares of the body.
Movement/ Breath work/ Vision Quest
Sophia has over 15 years of experience practicing and teaching various forms of movement therapy including , Pilates, Yoga, and Kettle Bell. She has found that often stretching and strengthening the body can make all the difference in service of gaining control to move with grace, coordination and ease.
Sophia is trained and certified as a Yoga teacher in both Kudalini and Hatha Yoga and Kettle Bell.

She has explored the healing powers of the breath, having done all the training to become a Transformational Breath Facilitator. Most people are not utilizing they’er breath to they’er full capacity and potential. Many are suffering from physical, mental and emotional challenges. Learning and developing a Breathing practice can be a game changer with many benefits for body, mind and spirit. The offering is for an individual Breath session to facilitate opening the blocks to a full, flowing , healthy breathing pattern.
